What Pride actually is

It is the story of LGSM and a Welsh mining community: two groups with nothing apparently in common, and what each did for the other during a strike that ended in defeat for the miners in 1985.

Stephen Beresford adapted his own screenplay into the book and lyrics, and Matthew Warchus directs the stage version as he directed the film. The score is by Christopher Nightingale, Josh Cohen and DJ Walde.

The evening runs 2 hours 40 minutes with an interval, and the theatre recommends it for ages 12 and up.
