Cats in Canterbury
One of only two cities on the Cats tour that Chicago does not visit. The Marlowe opened in October 2011, which makes it the newest theatre on either British tour.

Marlowe Theatre — The Friars, Canterbury, CT1 2AS
The third building to carry the name, and the only one built as a theatre. It cost £25.6 million and came in within budget, which for a theatre is the rarer achievement of the two.
