The book is by Danny Strong, the score by Zoe Sarnak and Michael Weiner, and the director is Michael Mayer. Jeremy Kushnier and Joy Woods are in the cast, and at selected performances the title role is played by Michael Park — which the production says on its own calendar rather than at the door.
